With unwavering backing from her family, especially her husband, who she fondly calls her “right hand,” she has built a business fortified by love and encouragement. Add to that the guidance of her sponsors Jabulani and Sikhona Mbatha, along with Lungile Mbatha, and the continued support from the Sportron Home Office Team, Sandhaya has created an ecosystem that empowers her to thrive.
“I’m a go-getter by nature,” she says. “I’m never satisfied with failure. No limitation will hold me back from doing what needs to be done to succeed.”
A Day in the Life of a Go-Getter
Sandhaya’s daily routine is as purposeful as it is energetic. She maintains a constant connection with her team through WhatsApp, regularly sharing promotions, motivational messages, and updates. Social media is another powerful tool in her arsenal—Facebook and TikTok are her go-to platforms for promoting products and specials to a wide audience, all without spending a cent.
Wednesdays are dedicated to growth, where she holds catch-up sessions at the Depot. These gatherings are more than just meetings—they’re vital touchpoints for training, collaboration, and ideation with other leaders and consultants.

May was an exceptional month for Sandhaya, and she attributes her results to consistent engagement and incentive-driven motivation. By promoting exciting gifts and specials through her networks, she not only drove sales but also inspired her team to raise their own earning potential.
“Seeing the consultants’ excitement as they qualified for rewards while growing their income was incredibly fulfilling,” she shares.
A Business Built on Passion
What truly fuels Sandhaya is her love for working with people. “Getting paid to meet and connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures—it doesn’t get better than that,” she says. This enthusiasm is evident in every interaction, whether it’s a business deal, a training session, or a casual chat.

Sandhaya is deeply invested in her team’s success. She opens her office as a central hub for meetings and offers value-added services like free delivery for larger purchases with her mobile unit. She’s also hands-on in helping team members grow their businesses—offering to travel, support, and sell in their areas to help them succeed.
Wisdom From Experience
Reflecting on her journey, which began back in 2008 with Swissgarde, Sandhaya says she would have approached things differently if she had the chance to start over. “I would have joined as an entrepreneur from day one—not just as a branch manager. Being confined to an office limited the full experience of what this business has to offer.”

Sandhaya’s vision for the future is rooted in empowerment. She’s focused on expanding her downline, nurturing more entrepreneurs, and uplifting independent women and Depot owners in remote areas of KwaZulu-Natal. Her goal is clear: sustainable, community-driven growth.
