BENEFITS:

Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid that we can only gain from our diet. Omega 3 supports heart health and promotes brain health, especially during pregnancy. It improves eye health, bone and joint health and helps fight silent inflammation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Shake well before use, at least 10 shakes. 5ml per day for children 6 – 12 years; 10ml per day for children 13 – 17 years and 15ml per day for 18+ years. Keep refrigerated after opening. Preferably take after a meal. 5 ml = 1 teaspoon. Take with a meal.

PRECAUTIONS:

Consult with your Health Practitioner if you have a sensitivity to the ingredients , or you suspect that you might have. Contains Iodine as part of the Omega-3 oils.
