Refunds and Shipping Policy

At Sportron Group, we take pride in the quality and standards of our products. We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it to Sportron Group or the Distributor from whom it was purchased within 5 calendar days of purchase for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  1. Be in its original container
  2. Have been used according to the label instructions
  3. Not have been repackaged (please note that repackaging any Sportron Group product is strictly prohibited and illegal)

Due to the nature of our products being health supplements, we only allow returns or refunds in the case of defective or damaged products. If you wish to return your order due to defect or damage, you may request an exchange or a full refund.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To initiate an exchange, please provide the following:

  1. The product in its original package
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Proof of payment

Please note that exchanges are dependent on the availability of the requested product. Sportron Group reserves the right to refuse repetitive returns.

 

REFUND PROCEDURE

To initiate a refund, please provide the following:

  1. The product in its original package
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Proof of payment
  4. Bank confirmation letter (not more than 3 months old)

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the refund request being processed at the Sportron Group depot or customer care centre. All refunds will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

 

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please provide the correct shipping details to Sportron Group. We use third-party courier services and are not responsible for failure in delivery due to incorrect delivery information.
