Directions for Use
Shake well before use, at least 10 shakes. 2.5ml for children 2 – 4 years; 5ml for children 5 – 7 years; 10ml for ages 8 – 18 years; 10 ml for adults, or as directed by your Health Practitioner. 5ml = 1 teaspoon. Keep refrigerated after opening. Preferably take after a meal.
